The Cabin... Continued

If you look closely, you can see the yellow nylon string near the ground where we have marked the four walls of the cabin. The cabin dimensions are 16' X 32' with a potential 6' porch on the front in the future. That is 512 square feet. Not extremely spacious, but a good starting point for us.

In the end, we decided to move the cabin to face the entrance from the driveway. This put it back a little farther from the road (not that we ever get any traffic down our unmarked dirt road) and allowed us to keep a few more trees.
